Important information regarding vaccination certificates

Kennels and catteries have always required an up-to-date vaccination certificate before any animals are permitted to board at their premises.

But, in recent years, these certificates have become more complicated, with new ‘target’ vaccines available and some durations of immunity extending for up to three years for certain diseases.

To avoid confusion in the future, Intervet has issued veterinary surgeons using Intervet vaccines with supplements to the vaccination certificate that can be used to indicate more clearly when the next vaccination is due.
